At Alabardero Catering & Experiences, we are delighted to once again be the exclusive catering provider for DES. Our mission has been to offer an unparalleled gastronomic experience to all attendees, ensuring that every detail is perfectly attended to, complementing the prestige of this event.

With more than 17,000 attendees over the three days of this large-scale congress, our team provided catering services tailored to the needs of this audience, as well as during the complementary activities of the congress:

• Press or VIP Room: Permanent coffee break service throughout the 3-day congress.
• Speakers & Press Lounge: Each day of the event, Alabardero Catering & Experiences introduced one of the latest culinary trends: finger food, a concept that goes beyond traditional tapas. We created up to four different menus with 14 dishes each. This unique experience allowed attendees to sample the best of our cuisine over the three days of the event.
• Lunch Box: Exclusive catering service for the event organizers.
• Networking: In the main courtyard of FYCMA, we set up four food corners focused on different themes: fresh, rice dishes, urban food, and Málaga Corner. This allowed professionals to enjoy the best gastronomy of our city during their networking sessions.
• Reception Dinner: We had the privilege of organizing and serving the reception dinner of the congress, attended by Mr. Francisco de la Torre, Mayor of Málaga, as well as many other notable figures.
• Gala Dinner: At the Castillo de Gibralfaro (Málaga), attendees enjoyed a bespoke menu.
