  1. To process and manage the requested booking. For this purpose, users’ data will be stored for the duration of the services requested and, even after, for as long as any legal liability may arise as a result of such services and, solely, to respond to them.
  2. To resolve queries, requests or process any type of request made by the user through any of the forms of contact made available to the user on the company’s website. For this purpose, their data will be kept until the query, application or request is resolved and, even afterwards, until any liabilities that may arise from them have lapsed.

  4. In the event that the data subject provides their Curriculum Vitae through this website, the data will be processed in order to assess and manage their job application and, where appropriate, to perform the relevant actions for the selection and recruitment of staff. The data will be kept confidential and, if the user authorises us to by ticking the corresponding box at the bottom of the ‘work with us’ data collection form on the website, they will only be communicated, for the same purposes, to the other companies in the Lezama Group, which also offer catering services, provided that they have a vacancy that fits their job profile. In any case, their data will be stored for a maximum of one year from the date on which they were provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event they are hired, their data will be kept for the duration of the employment relationship.

For the four purposes indicated above, the data will be processed based on the consent of the users, which may be revoked at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of the data processed prior to the withdrawal of consent. The provision of data is voluntary, although if it is not provided, it may not be processed for the indicated purposes.

In the event that third-party data is provided, it is the user’s responsibility to have previously informed them of all provisions of this clause and obtained their consent.
